So what is the tending 5?
Think of your life as a flower bed that you are trying to turn into a beautiful garden.
Your big life vision is the flower bed and the weeds are all the small tasks that we have to get done each day. In order to build your beautiful garden, you'll need to cultivate good soil, plant seeds, water them, pull weeds and provide plenty of sunshine.
The tending 5 is 5 things that the Simply Magic community does everyday to cultivate and care for their beautiful life garden, allowing us to make consistent progress and focus our energy and resources on things that align with our heart and goals.

Think of this like putting in nice soil before you plant your seeds. You need a good foundation to build upon in order to grow the most.

02. MOVE YOUR BODY FOR 30 MINUTES
Think of this like the sunshine. Your body needs to be cared for in order to show up as your best self each day.

Get a few of those pesky things off your list so that you can move forward with your goals in peace.

Each day you'll do a few tasks that will build towards your bigger goal. It's not about planting all the seeds at once, it's about planting a few at a time that we can nourish until we have an entire garden of beautifully blooming flowers.

Think of this as watering your garden. Your plants won't survive without water and your relationships need nourishment too. So each day we take a few minutes to do something kind for someone we care about.
